The project begins at a point of change and transition, a hinge, a point of departure: a space of remembrance.
A new Urban Forum, a Park, interlinked Spaces of Gathering are formed by two Urban Amphi-theatres hinged around the existing memorial buildings. Formed by continuous plains of green, these are spaces of exchange structured by diversity, interaction and cohesion.
